Niloocity Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges for all our websites, including our high-end hat and cap sites like niloocity.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not qualify for a refund.

3. Return Process

  • After receiving your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item(s).
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at info@niloocity.com with your order details.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company.
